HANLON CREATIVE

HCREATIVE

1) At Hanlon Creative, I was employed to do freelance writing in aiding their creative team flesh out ideas conveying their new website overhaul for clients/consumers in early 2013 with this press release.

2) I also worked with Creative Director Chris Hanlon in establishing headlines, blog posts for the Toronto Jewish Film Festival, Micro-Coax Taglines. Micro-Coax ultimately chose “Proven Reliable”, but my list of tag lines were entered for consideration:

I was hired by Hibu of King of Prussia on January 21, 2014. I worked diligently there as a web content editor /writer until May 23, 2014, as new Hibu management announced a massive layoff for their web production teams in Cedar Rapids, IA and King of Prussia, PA. The following is a summary of my work involved.

  • Implementing website changes to copy content, grammar, and design elements.
  • Acting as a main source of contact between freelance writers, clients, web specialists, and associate managers.
  • Compose and manage daily tracking reports through SharePoint, C.R.M., Microsoft Office, and Elance databases.

Here are sites I worked on during my tenure with Hibu:

*ASAP Enviornmental Inc.

*Bobby’s Carpet Cleaning

NAVITAS MARKETING & THE HOMER GROUP

I was officially hired as a digital media associate intern for Navitas Marketing and The Homer Group beginning on March 2, 2015. After the layoff at Hibu as well as working nearly 9 months in a position I knew had no long-term career value, I decided to hit the reset button and pursue my passion for web content writing, marketing/advertising, and client relations.

I was selected by the owners of these sister companies to manage social media account information as well as overhauling website material for The Homer Group (make updates, create more compelling/condensed content, etc.) while also creating marketing materials for Navitas.

UNCOMMON KALEIDOSCOPES

*Book of poetry / short stories

*202 Pages

*Paperback

*Available on Nook, Kindle, (BN.com and Amazon.com)

Inspiration, emotion, and perception come in many different forms. Expressing them all, somehow, is the hardest part. Uncommon Kaleidoscopes is a book of poetry and short stories based on the collected writings of twenty-one-year-old Brian Mahoney. Taken from his life experiences-from childhood through college-Brian’s work brings to life tales of love, hardship, friendship, self-conscious awareness, and creative thought. Seeking to lend clarity to his “coming of age” path, he sets the tone for a deeper look into the many ways of finding oneself.
